This service is ideal for preparing homes, apartments, or rentals before or after a move — or for homeowners needing a complete deep clean. We clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, interior cabinets, interior windows and high-touch surfaces to ensure the property is fresh, sanitized, and ready for its next chapter. Perfect for: Landlords preparing units between tenants Realtors & Property Managers staging homes Tenants & Homeowners wanting a full reset Note: Pricing is based on square footage, condition, and any add-on services requested. A full quote will be provided before service is confirmed. Interior windows included must be accessible.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. All bookings are subject to availability and handled first-come, first-served. Note: Services marked “Call for Quote” or “Quote Required” (such as Airbnb Turnover Cleanings, large commercial sites, etc.) must be reviewed and confirmed before booking. 🕓 Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours in advance with no fee. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a $25 late cancellation fee. 🔑 Access & Entry Clients must provide timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for entry. If delayed beyond 15 minutes, a $25–$30 wait time fee will apply. After 15 minutes, if access is still not possible, the appointment may be canceled and a $50 no-show fee charged. Clear communication is important: Please notify us immediately if you are running late. Please understand: Delays impact other scheduled clients. We appreciate your respect for our time and theirs. 🧽 Supplies & Equipment We provide all standard cleaning products and professional-grade equipment. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or product preferences. 💳 Payment Terms One-time and residential services: Payment is due before services are provided. Commercial or monthly recurring services: Payment is due after services are completed, according to the agreed billing schedule. All payments must be made securely online. No cash payments accepted. Failure to submit payment as required may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or suspension of future services. 🚨 Health & Safety We follow local health and safety protocols. Please secure pets and remove personal items from cleaning areas. 🧼 Service-Specific Notes 📍 Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Deep clean for vacant or transitioning homes. Quote Required. 📍 Airbnb / Vacation Rental Full turnover for short-term rentals: bed making, sanitizing, trash removal, light staging. Quote Required. 📍 Commercial Cleaning Rates based on square footage & frequency. Offices over 5,000 sq. ft. require a quote. 📍 Add-On Services ➤ Carpet Cleaning – Spot removal and light extraction using compact tools. Not intended as professional-grade carpet restoration. Rooms over 400 sq. ft. or with heavy staining require a quote. ➤ Window Cleaning – Interior only, reachable with a 2-step ladder. Clear access required. Buildup or hard water may incur extra fees.
